• Proven management experience overseeing a recruitment team
• Hands-on ATS platforms and recruiting operations
• Strong English communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organized, able to lead a team in a high-volume environment
• Prior remote work experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana
