📋 Description

• Develop and execute integrated recruitment marketing campaigns designed to attract and engage
• Plan, manage, and optimize media strategies across multiple channels, ensuring effective allocation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, internal stakeholders, clients, and
• Manage campaign implementation, tracking, measurement, and continuous optimization, with a strong
• Continuously improve media publishing capabilities, processes, and recruitment marketing practices.
• Develop candidate experiences that align with client operational requirements and recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of commercial marketing experience, ideally gained within an agency, RPO, in-house, or
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing effective marketing strategies, improving processes
• Hands-on experience with media strategy, media planning, and media buying.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term
• Experience delivering clear, concise, and creative communications across multiple channels and
• Strong project management skills, particularly the ability to manage complex initiatives with
