5+ years in recruitment, with 2+ years managing teams of 10+ employees
Proven experience in high-volume hiring (100+ hires/month)
Track record of building and scaling diverse recruitment channels
Strong expertise in social media and performance marketing for hiring
Experience managing budgets and optimizing hiring metrics
