Recruitment Operations Senior Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage special projects for the Talent team such as onboarding decks, process improvements
• Support the VP of Talent with project managing teamwide initiatives, including tracking coordinator
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with acquisitions post-close, including systems set-up, process
• Create pertinent reports related to recruiting activity, provide monthly hiring reports for
• Serve as co-Lever and LIR administrator, advising team on systems best practices and project
• Compile and distribute weekly recruiting activity reports to the TA team and leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant coordination experience in recruiting or human resources
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and transform raw data into actionable insights, identify trends
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Exposure to an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced
