Document processes and best practices
Train TA team and interviewers on systems and interview practices
Analyze candidate feedback and metrics to improve processes
Ensure data accuracy across ATS and HRIS platforms
Troubleshoot interview tools including access, video conferencing, and calendar management

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or similar roles
Analytics and reporting capabilities
Experience with ATS and scheduling software (Ashby highly preferred)
Global tech/digital product company background in TA Coordination or Operations
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Proficiency in G-Suite
