• Lead and develop a team of Program Coordinators across APAC/NA.
• Ensure SLA adherence through procurement and staff augmentation.
• Communicate process changes for day-to-day operations.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent; set performance standards.
• Drive results; accountable for delivery of business metrics.
• Proactively identify challenges and implement preventive audits.

• Background in recruitment operations and recruitment administration.
• Leadership skills: coaching, development, influencing.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience setting expectations and providing direction.
• Experience using data and analytics to drive decisions.
• Willingness to work mid/nightshift and hybrid setup (Ortigas Pasig).
