🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT recruitment; international experience preferred.
• Sourcing expert; Boolean and X-Ray search.
• Polish C2 and English at least B2/C1.
• Understand that Java and JavaScript are different.
• Strong stakeholder management; behavioral interview skills.
• Self-motivated, organized; available to visit Warsaw office.
