📋 Description

• Source talent and develop pipeline to fill roles.
• Conduct touchpoint calls with interested candidates.
• Partner with Hiring Leaders to identify candidate needs.
• Attend career fairs and networking events.
• Lead intake and strategy sessions, and interview prep.
• Support candidate experience and pipeline updates.
