📋 Description

• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with offshore RSSs and RCs; coach teams.
• Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and KPI achievement.
• Act as talent advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Navigate client needs with internal AGS COEs and shared services.
• Anticipate roadblocks and develop proactive solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Behavioral interview experience across roles.
• MSAs and SOWs understanding.
• Manage multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Strong analytics and data-to-action ability.
• Influence without authority; sourcing plan experience.
