📋 Description

• Lead recruitment with direct sourcing to fulfill vacancies
• Align activities to meet account KPIs and processes
• Act as Talent Advisor; share market intelligence with hiring managers
• Partner with AGS COEs and shared services to navigate client needs
• Coach candidates and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance and accurate recruitment data documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment in staffing or corporate HR (global)
• Behavioral-based interviews across varied roles
• Proficient with MSAs/SOWs and multi-stakeholder searches
• Strong analytics to translate data into actions; influence without authority
• ATS experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bachelor's degree preferred
