📋 Description

• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers
• Serve as first point of contact for hiring needs
• Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices
• Partner with AGS COEs and shared services to navigate client needs
• Manage requisitions with compliant, well-documented data
• Coach candidates for selection stages

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment (global)
• Behavioral-based interviews across roles
• Understanding of MSAs and SOWs
• Experience using an ATS
• Thorough OFCCP compliance knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
