📋 Description

• Lead direct sourcing for vacancies
• Ensure recruitment lifecycle KPIs are met
• Advise hiring managers on market trends and talent
• Collaborate with AGS COEs to meet client needs
• Proactively identify roadblocks and risks
• Coach candidates through selection stages

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment (staffing or HR)
• Behavioral interviews; multiple searches
• MSAs/SOWs understanding; OFCCP knowledge
• ATS experience; MS Office proficiency
• Strong analytics; data-driven actions
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
