📋 Description

• Build and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, events, and referrals
• Maintain proactive talent pipelines for tech, data, and product roles
• Map the competitive landscape to identify target companies and engage top talent
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance discovery, automate tasks, and personalize outreach
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach that communicates Fever’s value
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and optimize sourcing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-growing tech company
• A natural hunter — finding hard-to-reach talent through unconventional means
• AI-first mindset: you embrace AI as a force multiplier for your work, proactively adopting new tools and workflows to improve sourcing effectiveness, productivity, and candidate engagement
• Data-driven: you measure what you do, iterate fast, and can make a compelling case for your sourcing decisions
• You thrive in ambiguity and can juggle multiple pipelines without losing focus or quality
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms — Greenhouse is a big plus
