📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies to fill roles with passive candidates.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager to shape strategies.
• Recommend enhancements to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Drive best practice sourcing strategies and promote the AGS brand.
• Source candidates for open requisitions within client industries.
• Develop candidate pipelines and maintain candidate interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in relevant industry.
• Proven ability to creatively source via job boards, associations, referrals, social media and searches.
• Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within searches.
• In-depth industry knowledge.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions and industries.
• Strong tech skills: Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
