📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies focusing on passive candidates.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager and client teams to develop strategies.
• Initiate and drive best-practice sourcing strategies; be an AGS brand ambassador.
• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within client industry.
• Proactively pipeline talent and build pre-qualified pools aligned to client plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience.
• Creative sourcing using job boards, associations, referrals, social media, and internet searches.
• Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within each search area.
• In-depth industry knowledge; ability to recruit across functions and industries.
• Strong tech skills: Boolean search, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience in AGS client sectors is advantageous.
