• Execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive candidates.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and client TA.
• Recommend enhancements to improve recruitment strategy effectiveness.
• Drive best practice sourcing and represent the AGS brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience.
• Promoted from RSS I; maintain proficiency.
• Creative sourcing via job boards, referrals, social media, and searches.
• Diversity sourcing across each search area.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions/industries.
• Strong tech: Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
