• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within client industries.
• Use diverse recruiting strategies aligned with client branding and social media.
• Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure pre-screening before inclusion in the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain pre-qualified talent pools aligned with client workforce plans.
• Proactively pipeline talent with timely candidate interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to creatively source via job boards, associations, referrals, and social media.
• Advanced diversity sourcing knowledge within searches.
• In-depth industry knowledge.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions and industries.
• Proficient in Boolean search and Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
