📋 Description

• Recommend and implement effective client sourcing strategies.
• Source qualified candidates for open client requisitions.
• Use diverse recruiting strategies, focusing on passive candidates.
• Pre-screen candidates to ensure fit before recruitment.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned with workforce plans.
• Maintain timely information on all candidate interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in relevant industry.
• Proven ability to source via job boards, referrals, social media, web.
• Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within searches.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions and industries.
• Strong tech: Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Experience with AGS client sectors is advantageous.
