Recruitment Sourcing Specialist II (Contract)

📋 Description

• Recommend and implement the most effective sourcing strategy per client.
• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within client’s industry.
• Utilize diverse recruiting strategies focusing on passive candidates.
• Provide exceptional candidate care and pre-screen before inclusion.
• Select and qualify candidates by skill, culture, and motivation with behavioral screening.
• Proactively pipeline talent and build pre-qualified candidate pools.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate success as RSS I and readiness for promotion.
• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in the relevant industry.
• Creative sourcing across job boards, associations, referrals, social media, and searches.
• Diversity sourcing knowledge across each search area.
• Strong Boolean search and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with AGS client sectors is advantageous.
