• Collaborate with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and client TA teams.
• Recommend enhancements to improve recruitment strategy effectiveness.
• Initiate and drive best-practice sourcing strategies.

• Aim for high-quality, cost-effective, and timely fills.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success as RSS I with promotion potential.
• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in relevant industry.
• Creative sourcing across job boards, associations, referrals, social media.
• Advanced diversity sourcing expertise.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions and industries.
• Strong tech skills: Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
