📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and client TA to shape sourcing strategy.
• Recommend enhancements to recruitment strategy for effectiveness.
• Drive best-practice sourcing and be an ambassador for the AGS brand.
• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within client industries.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and pre-screen to ensure fit.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success as RSS I and readiness for promotion.
• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in the specified industry.
• Proven ability to creatively source via job boards, associations, referrals, social media, and searches.
• Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within each search area.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions and industries.
• Strong tech skills: Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
