🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in RSS I role and promotion-ready.
• 3-5 years specialist recruitment experience.
• Creative sourcing across job boards, associations, referrals, social media.
• Advanced diversity sourcing within searches.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions and industries.
• Strong technology knowledge: Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
