📋 Description

• Recommend and implement the most effective client sourcing strategy.
• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions.
• Utilize diverse strategies aligned with branding and social media; focus on passive sourcing.
• Provide candidate care and ensure pre-screening before inclusion.
• Select and qualify candidates by skill, culture, and motivation using behavioral criteria.
• Maintain timely, accurate records of all candidate interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in relevant industry or function.
• Demonstrated success as RSS I with potential for promotion.
• Creative sourcing via job boards, associations, referrals, social media; multiple advanced searches.
• Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within searches.
• In-depth industry knowledge.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and industries; AGS sector knowledge is advantageous.
