🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a high-growth startup.
Experience across multiple functions (engineering + GTM a plus).
Proven ability to improve recruiting processes and deploy automation/AI tools.
Excellent communication to represent the company and close candidates.
Comfort in ambiguity and high‑agency startup mindset.
Interest in building from zero and growing a team over time.
