📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day depot operations to deliver a great customer experience.
• Coach and motivate the team, keeping everyone organized and on track.
• Support customers with the Return and Earn machines on busy days.
• Ensure the site stays clean, safe and runs like clockwork.
• Be the on-shift go-to person, solving problems and setting up the team for success.
• Full-time role across 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a people leadership role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft apps and general IT skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Cleaning or maintenance experience.
• High level of communication (verbal and written).
