• Lead from the front and be hands-on in day-to-day operations

• Help customers with Return and Earn machines
• Jump in to support the team on busy days
• Ensure site stays clean, safe and running smoothly
• Be the go-to person on shift, motivating and organizing the team

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a people leadership role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft apps and general IT skills
• Customer service experience
• Cleaning or maintenance experience
• High level of communication (verbal and written)
