  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
  • Support the client services manager with coordinating client services and urgent scheduling
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferred; Associates minimum
  • Medicare and OASIS knowledge/experience a plus
  • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Proven track record of increased responsibility
  • Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
