Referral Development & Outreach Specialist

📋 Description

• Identify and develop relationships with pediatricians, diagnostic providers, therapists, schools
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing partners through regular visits
• Educate referral partners about KBH's services, referral processes, and availability to support
• Plan and conduct proactive, in-person outreach across assigned markets to develop new referral
• Represent KBH at community events, professional meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Coordinate referral partner educational activities, including Lunch & Learns, in partnership

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience in business development
• OR Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, healthcare administration or related
• Demonstrated ability to confidently initiate conversations, engage unfamiliar individuals, and
• Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to independently identify
