🎯 Requirements

L2 (Senior Associate): 2–5 years in HR Shared Services; L3 (Lead): 4–7 years with leadership
Experience in HR Operations, US Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, or HR Shared Services.
Hands-on with Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS.
Strong English communication; experience supporting US-based employees/customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work US night shifts from the Chennai office.
