📋 Description

• Process incoming medical referrals, enter accurate information into medical management systems, and

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience and/or administrative or data entry experience.
• At least 2 years of healthcare experience, with an intermediate working knowledge of medical
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Understanding of referral processing, healthcare benefits, medical necessity requirements, and

🎁 Benefits
