Refurbishment Associate

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day mechanical refurbishment of fitness products and electronics.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on repairs.
• Improve refurbishment quality and cost via defined measures.
• Perform light repairs, calibration and torque, labeling, packaging.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet priorities.
• Standing and repetitive movement during shift.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with hand tools and measuring devices (torque wrenches, meters, gauges)
• Basic digital literacy (Google Docs, Email, etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Bias toward action with strong follow-through
• Comfortable with fast-paced, evolving environment and multitasking
• Adaptable and comfortable with change
• Multilingualism is a plus
