📋 Description

  • Manage merchant acquisition and relationships across North Luzon.
  • Onboard merchants to payments solutions (POS, QR, e-wallet).
  • Lead commercial talks and negotiate MDRs and terms.
  • Coordinate with Product/Tech/Ops/Support for onboarding.
  • Primary relationship manager for merchant issues and inquiries.
  • Monitor portfolio performance: volume, activity, revenue growth.
  • Track regional trends and customer needs to support growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 2–4 years in merchant acquisition, BD, or account mgmt in fintech/payments/e-commerce.
  • Proven track record closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, with ability to cover North Luzon.
  • Experience with cross-functional and international teams is a plus.
  • Willing to travel within North Luzon for visits.
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus.
