Regional Account Manager (South Luzon) - Local Payments

📋 Description

• Manage merchant acquisition across South Luzon (POS, QR, e-wallet).
• Build partnerships to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Lead MDR negotiations and merchant terms aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with Product/Tech/Operations/Support for onboarding and ongoing support.
• Act as primary relationship manager and escalation point for merchants.
• Monitor portfolio performance across South Luzon; identify upsell opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 2-4 years in merchant acquisition, BD, or account management (Fintech/payments).
• Proven track record closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage South Luzon coverage.
• Mandarin language skills a plus.
