📋 Description

• Analyze inventory shrink results and work closely with Retail Operations, district leadership, and
• Drive shrink-reduction goals throughout assigned districts and consistently communicate company
• Assess high-shrink and high-risk sanctuaries to identify sources of loss and develop measurable
• Conduct comprehensive risk and site-vulnerability assessments to identify deficiencies and
• Assist with strategic initiatives and contribute to the successful development and implementation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual Asset Protection summaries, including trend

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and professional experience in retail
• Minimum of five years of multi-unit, field-based Asset Protection or loss-prevention experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience supporting multiple locations.
• Demonstrated experience conducting internal and external theft, fraud, and integrity investigations.
• Strong analytical ability with experience translating reporting and data into practical
• Demonstrated curiosity and proficiency in using AI-enabled technology as a force multiplier to
