📋 Description

• On-site with district leaders to drive staffing solutions.
• Travel 80-90% in Atlanta area (4–5 days/week in the field).
• Develop district partnerships and assess staffing needs.
• Build a pipeline of target districts for new business.
• Represent Aya Education locally to district teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; direct industry experience may substitute.
• Experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales.
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment.
• At least 1 year track record as a top producer in sales.
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service.
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships.
