📋 Description

• Lead district partnerships and scalable staffing solutions.
• Spend 4–5 days/week onsite with SPED directors and leaders.
• Develop pipeline and win new business in assigned markets.
• Generate job orders across SPED, paraeducator, therapy roles.
• Represent Aya Education at conferences and district events.
• Educate districts on LotusOne platform value.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (industry experience may substitute).
• Experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales.
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment.
• At least 1 year as a top sales producer.
• Client-centered mentality and customer service focus.
• Ability to relate to diverse people and sustain relationships.
