Regional Client Partnership Specialist, Educational Services - Chicago

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain district partnerships across the region
• Travel 4–5 days/week to schools and district offices
• Serve as Aya Education's regional face to district leadership
• Generate job orders across SPED, paraeducator, therapy
• Build a healthy pipeline of target districts
• Collaborate with internal teams to fill orders quickly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (direct industry exp substitution allowed)
• Direct experience in Educational Services and Therapy staffing sales
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• At least 1 year as a top sales producer
• Client-centered mentality and strong relationship skills
• Ability to relate to a variety of people
