Regional Client Partnership Specialist, Educational Services - Detroit

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain district partnerships and assess staffing needs.
• Generate new job orders across SPED, paraeducator, therapy, behavioral health, and general education support roles.
• Spend 4–5 days per week onsite with district leaders to build relationships.
• Serve as Aya Education’s local market representative to districts and schools.
• Represent Aya Education at conferences and district engagements.
• Identify MSP opportunities and inform long-term strategy through field insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
