Regional Client Partnership Specialist, Educational Services - Long Island/Westchester

📋 Description

• Conduct 5–8 daily walk-ins or 3–4 meetings with district leaders to generate new business.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of target districts to win new business.
• Generate new job orders across SPED, paraeducator, therapy, behavioral health, and general education support roles.
• Visit clients and prospects 4–5 days per week to deepen relationships.
• Represent Aya Education as the local market partner to district teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (industry exp. can be substituted)
• Direct experience in Educational Services and Therapy staffing sales
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• At least 1 year top-producer track record in sales
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Ability to relate to diverse people and sustain relationships
