Regional Client Partnership Specialist, Educational Services - Portland

📋 Description

• Conduct 5–8 daily walk-ins or 3–4 meetings with district leaders to generate new business
• Identify and secure new opportunities; build a healthy pipeline of target districts
• Generate new job orders across SPED, paraeducator, therapy, behavioral health, and general education support roles
• Develop strong district partnerships; visit clients 4–5 days/week to deepen relationships
• Represent Aya Education at conferences and district engagements with tailored presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales required
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
