Regional Client Partnership Specialist, Educational Services - Texas (Dallas)

📋 Description

• New business development: conduct 5–8 daily walk-ins or 3–4 meetings with district leaders
• Identify and pursue opportunities in assigned markets
• Build a healthy pipeline of target districts
• Generate job orders across SPED, paraeducator, therapy, and education support
• Recognize early MSP indicators for opportunities
• Visit clients onsite 4–5 days/week to deepen relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Ability to relate to diverse people and sustain meaningful relationships
