Regional Collections Lead

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Collections Specialists and Team Leads
• Oversee regional collections performance and cash targets
• Monitor team KPIs, productivity, service levels, and reporting
• Review aged debt and prioritize collection activity by risk and impact
• Support resolution of escalated or complex customer accounts, disputes, and delays
• Partner with Controllership and other Finance teams to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as a Team Lead in Collections
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong ERP knowledge; NetSuite experience desirable
• Knowledge of customer collections, cash applications, disputes, and post-billing Order-to-Cash
• Excellent written and spoken English for global environment
• Proven ability to manage team performance, workload, and deadlines
