Regional Consultant Lead

📋 Description

• Build, manage, and support a growing regional field consultant team.
• Ensure pilots are executed with consistency and quality; train, schedule, and align consultants.
• Travel to field sites to model best pilot practices and educator engagement.
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress and reinforce training.
• Provide hands-on pilot support during active engagements.
• Partner with District Manager and CA Field Marketing to recruit consultants and develop pilot content.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in educational consulting or field-based instructional role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or facilitating K-12 product pilots.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills engaging educators.
• Proven ability to coach and provide feedback to peers or direct reports.
• Must reside in California for in-person field engagement.
• Willingness to travel regionally on a regular basis to support pilot activities.
