📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for all regional customer marketing activity, partnering daily
• Localise and deliver central Customer Marketing programmes in-region, including in-person User
• Build and maintain a regional pipeline of referenceable customers and advocates in partnership with
• Identify, recruit, and prepare regional customer speakers for ENGAGE, regional summits, and
• Plug into Customer Lifecycle & Retention programmes (onboarding journeys, feature adoption
• Tie every regional event and programme to commercial outcomes — expansion pipeline, exec champion

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy
• Proven track record running customer programmes in-region — user groups, advisory boards, customer
• A self-starter who can drive projects from concept through completion with minimal guidance
• Strong cross-functional operator who builds trust quickly with Sales leaders, CSMs, and senior
• Excellent storytelling instincts — able to spot a strong customer narrative, coach a customer
• Data-literate and curious: comfortable defining KPIs, working in Salesforce and marketing
