📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operations for a multidisciplinary customer success team, including implementation
• Partner with commercial leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align regional priorities
• Ensure projects and customer engagements are completed on time and in accordance with standard
• Monitor and report key execution metrics, including implementation forecasts, cycle times, imaging

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years of people leadership
• Bachelor's degree required, master's in medical or technical field preferred.
• Proven track record leading teams in healthcare, medical devices/imaging, cardiovascular
• Demonstrated experience implementing new cardiovascular, medical imaging, or complex technology
• Deep knowledge of hospital workflows and healthcare IT implementation.
• Strong ability to explain complex medical and technology concepts to varied audiences.
