Regional Delivery Manager (AMER)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of data center projects across the AMER region, from design through commissioning
• Lead and develop regional teams across site delivery, design, and site operations
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and local authorities
• Track project schedules, budgets, and risk across the regional portfolio, reporting to global Delivery leadership
• Partner with Land Acquisition and Power & Energy to align regional delivery plans with the site pipeline
• Ensure regional projects meet Volta's global quality, safety, and design standards

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in data center, construction, or large infrastructure delivery with regional leadership
• Strong track record delivering multi-site projects across AMER
• Experience building and leading regional delivery teams
• Deep knowledge of AMER construction, regulatory, and permitting environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
• Strong financial acumen with budget and schedule ownership
