Regional Delivery Manager (EMEA)

📋 Description

• Own delivery of active European projects: safety, quality, schedule, cost.
• Lead, develop and grow region Project Delivery Managers and teams.
• Drive consistent execution standards across projects with function leaders.
• Manage senior relationships with general contractors, consultants and key vendors.
• Direct resource planning across concurrent builds for right-site timing.
• Own regional reporting, risk management and escalation to Global Delivery Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant data centre delivery experience with multiple concurrent projects.
• Track record leading project managers and large multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Deep experience managing general contractors and major works packages in live delivery environments.
• A safety-first leadership record on complex construction programmes.
• Strong commercial judgement across contracts, cost and change on major capital projects.
• Confident executive-level communication and reporting.
