📋 Description

• Scale the Waymo Driver across multiple markets by aligning fleet supply with rider demand.
• Architect ground truth strategy for pre-positioning autonomous fleet and seamless PUDO at top
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to de-risk expansion while maximizing rider

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of operations management, urban planning, consulting, or logistics
• Proven track record managing operations across multiple markets or complex urban environments.
• Strong ability to negotiate and consult with external partners (city officials, event organizers
• Experience leveraging data visualization tools and internal systems to drive outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Safety-centric fleet orchestration mindset prioritizing rider experience and service standards.
