• Develop relationships with hospitals and health systems to win contracts
• Focus on strategically selected key accounts not currently contracted
• Leverage Aya Healthcare’s staffing services and software to solve clinical labor challenges
• Make a significant impact on new clients and the staffing industry
• Remote-based position

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of staffing industry business development (preferred)
• 5+ years as a top performer in business development (required)
• Insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed
• Creative thinker able to identify multiple paths to win new business
• Proof of selling enterprise-level staffing programs to healthcare leadership
• Strong communication and presentation skills
