📋 Description

• Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives across a defined North America region, driving
• Translate regional targets into clear territory, account, pipeline, and execution plans; inspect
• Coach and develop experienced sellers on account strategy, qualification, pipeline quality
• Partner directly with sellers on high-value opportunities, including executive engagement, account
• Reinforce disciplined enterprise selling through rigorous qualification, clear stage progression
• Drive expansion within existing accounts by identifying whitespace, cross-sell, upsell, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, including significant experience selling
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience leading quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives.
• Demonstrated success personally selling, or leading teams selling, complex enterprise opportunities
• Strong executive-selling skills and the ability to engage senior decision-makers across business
• Proven ability to coach high-performing sales professionals while driving accountability
• Strong command of forecasting, territory planning, opportunity management, and enterprise sales

🎁 Benefits

• The on target earnings range for this role is $350,000 - $500,000.
